Spring 2024: CURE Research
I took part in a Course-based Undergraduate Research Experience (CURE) with Dr. Anna Peterson titled "Religion & Social Change." I developed and presented my project, titled Thoughts and Prayers: The Role of Religion in Responses to School Shootings, at the Center for Undergraduate Research Spring Symposium. Fall 2025 - Spring 2026: Mentored Research
I am currently a part of Dr. Diego Pascual Y Cabo's Spanish Heritage Language (SHL) Research Lab. In February 2026, my graduate mentor, Maria Dominguez, and I presented at the National Symposium on Spanish as a Heritage Language (NSSHL).
Summer 2026: Research Experience for Undergraduates
I participated in a 9-week research program at Syracuse University, sponsored by the National Science Foundation (NSF) and the Department of Defense ASSURE program.
